Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years experience in client account management and digital strategy. This full-time W2 role is pivotal in fostering strong client relationships while overseeing the execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their campaigns are successfully executed.
The Digital Account Manager will report to the Director of Client Services and work closely with the senior strategist to develop, oversee implementation, and manage multi-channel digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid ads, programmatic, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
Key Responsibilites
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between the agency and clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Address and resolve any client concerns, ensuring their business objectives are met. - Provide regular updates to clients on their account status, campaign performance and strategy adjustments.
Digital Strategy Development & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Senior Strategist to develop and execute customized digital marketing strategies that align with client goals.
- Oversee the implementation of SEO, paid ads, programmatic, social media, email marketing and content marketing.
- Monitor, analyze and report on the performance of digital campaigns, providing actionable insights and adjustments to optimize results.
Ensure alignment between client objectives and the agency's strategic vision.
Project & Budget Management:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.
- Track client budgets and spending to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, copywriting and development, to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Provide clients with regular performance reports, explaining key metrics such as ROI, conversions and engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and improve performance.
Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate innovative strategies into client campaigns.
